LSU fans react to Anthony Eyanson's complete game in LSU baseball's win at Texas A&M

LSU baseball’s Anthony Eyanson put together a stellar performance in his start on Saturday against Texas A&M.

In the second game of a double header, the right-handed pitcher earned the win in complete game fashion. He allowed just one run on three hits with 14 strikeouts to one walk in arguably his best outing of the season.

Following a tough 3-1 loss in the opening game, the Tigers needed to bounce back to salvage the road series against the preseason No. 1 team. Eyanson provided the spark and held off the Aggies for the 2-1 victory while also preserving the bullpen for Sunday’s series finale.

In relief of Kade Anderson, who also tossed a great game, three LSU receivers combined for two innings of work during game one. Thanks to Eyanson’s effort, every bullpen pitcher, including Zac Cowan and Casan Evans, will be available Sunday.

Here’s how social media reacted to Eyanson’s complete game in the win over Texas A&M.
