One of two Cincinnati Bengals rookie holdouts appeared to end on Tuesday, even if the note was a little lost in the sudden appearance of the disgruntled Trey Hendrickson.
Demetrius Knight, the Bengals’ second-round pick this year, was dressed for practice on Tuesday. First-round pick Shemar Stewart was dressed too, but like last week, didn’t participate.
Both Knight and Stewart were the only two Bengals draft picks unsigned so far while their reps and the team worked out finer contract details.

Knight’s mini absence seems to be over, which is good for a team trying to undergo a youth movement and seemingly positioning him to be the Germaine Pratt replacement.
A report has suggested the Bengals botched part of Stewart’s contract talks, hence his ongoing absence.
